What is your service area?
Approximately a 100km radius around downtown Ottawa.

Do you provide service to the Gatineau region?
Yes, we service Gatineau, Hull and Aylmer and have a French-speaking technician on staff.

Do you service residential clients?
Yes, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Can you provide service in French?
Yes, we have a bilingual technician and our part-time administrative assistant is also bilingual. However, Exer-Tech's primary business - including invoicing, estimates, etc. -  is carried out in English only.

Can we hire you just to move our fitness equipment?
Yes, Exer-Tech has equipment for year-round relocations. Please see our Moves & Installs page for details.

Can we call you for emergency repairs or do we have to have a maintenance contract with you?
Yes, we provide emergency repair service to non-maintenance clients as well as to clients who have preventative maintenance plans with us.

Will you sell our used fitness equipment?
No. See our Links & Resources page for suggestions about where to sell your used equipment.

Will you buy our used fitness equipment for parts or resale?
Possibly. Contact us with a list of the equipment you have to sell and we'll let you know.

Do you sell used fitness equipment?
We often sell fitness equipment that we have refurbished. Please see our Parts & Rebuilt Equipment page for a listing of currently available used equipment.

Does Exer-Tech provide upholstery service?
No, but we are a dealer for Training Buddy pads. Training Buddy provides top-quality pads and offers a great warranty on all of its products.
